Hi pat there is a big differance in price I agree, but I know Alcom systems well and after speaking with them at length, their defence is that the differance between your flasher and theirs is that theirs will work on any machine above a pentium 200mhz this is due to the fact that they use differant circuitry and IC which will work with 99% of differant computers including Amd and this "know how" was not cheap In R&D, and to be fair to them the cables I think are too cheap after all the average man pays 20-25uk for one cable and hes doing all four for 50uk and the quality is very good as I bought a set off him myself because I could not source the Connectors.

Saying that have you seen the price of nokey clones (same thing inside)2000+

I dont think you are talking about Alcom But if you are please say so? or email me and I will have words with them, I cannot see them being like this with you as they are a very fair company?
