3210 bad coverage - GSM-Forum

I have a 3210 that spends lots of time to get coverage, and a few later it's lost. What BGA's must be revised?

Hi<br />I suppose it is a crack on a ball under Cobba. I had the same problem and solved it when remuved Cobba and soldered it back. This is IC N200.<br />But I sugest you search Hardware section for more info, because there was something else as well causing that problem.<br />Best regards<br />Daniel
