hi guys. new flasher shell available

i tried to merge the best of all flasher shells available untill now. this is the first release, so it's probably full of bugs

my shell consist in two parts: the shell itself and the partial flash pack (for those who already have the flash files, the download is reduced to 75kb

)

i added a flash list and a correct f_loader for each one, but, since there are almost 60 diferent flash chips, i must have missed something, so report it to me. give it a try!hope everyone enjoys

hi. the update is ready but not yet online. maybe tomorrow. the runtime errors are because you need some dll's from vb6. i'll make a dll pack in the next update. keep tunned

Good job, the flasher works good.
But when the update comes, witch version number have it, so i am know i am have the right one.

there is a new build of the shell available.

news are:
-automatic and manual settings in flasher.com (you only need to press enter twice and power up the phone)
-added support for nk3310 4.23
-added support for nk7100 5.01
-minor bug revision

ps: you must backup first. i'm not responsible for damage caused by missuse of my shell..

Realy good work with the flasher interface

Just some sugestions to improve the prog.

1º In the flash list, it would be nice if as we chose the flash type the boot and f_loader changed automaticaly to that version.
2º The flasher at the begining sould have the option manual selected. It's too dangerous for the newbies to use. It can flash the phone without having backup.
3º The boot selected at the begining should be 868 or 964, because they seem to work better. Distraction proof..

Just had a look at your shell and it looks fantastic and seems to work 100% on my home machine although have not tested it on all phones.
I am having a problem using it on my laptop (compaq presario 1200).
The program starts ok but when i try to select phone firmware version i get an error messege runtine error '70' permission denied.
I also cannot use green flasher shell or nokia x keep getting similar messages.
I have vbrun 5 and 6 installed and have tried installing lots of other .dll to make sure inc the one on your site.
Software is installed on root of C:\
c:\flasher
c:\nk_files

Anyone help?

i think you don't have all the permitions you need on your laptop. if you are using win nt/2k, you can disable them. otherwise, if it's not the permitions, i don't know what it might be. hope it helps

Just to let you know I have solved the problem of runtime errors.
I simply zipped the files on my home machine and them unzipped them on my laptop.
Before, I had just copied the flasher and nk_files directories on to disc unzipped and just copied them across to the laptop this does not work (even though there in the right place on C: dirve). I don't know why this happens but it does so anyone else getting error messages with flasher shells just simply unzip the files direct to your c: drive rather than moving the unzipped directories about on discs.
