Works very well with some AMDK6-2 500, Pentium II & Pentium III, and even with old Pentium 166 but I encountered "BAD CONNECTION or BAD BOX" with some PCs with more faster memory... I reached up "connect phone press enter and power on " before updating eeprom and DONE!

The question are: Is it in the Box? >>> I already updated 35 phones according to Phone Updated count... Is it in the cable? >>> well, I don't think so! Is it in the soft? huh <img src="frown.gif" border="0"> The PC? (ecp configuration in the bios) Classic 100b Flasher works fine...

...anyway any help will be gratefully appreciated...

Hi,

There is no no problem with Flashing - only problem is update, right?

Update work in 50% of the cases and PC's. The reason is simple - Dejan emulate the UART in his code - this is the same crap like soft modems for the PC's - must pray and be lucky to connect !

Anyway the solution is forget about multitasking -if you think to listen to your favorite MP3 tune or surf the Net while update - it won't work.

Use a dedicated PC and also adjust the delay value in the .cfg file it's up to the speed of your PC. It will work fine.
