Editing PPM files for flashing - GSM-Forum

The ones that Dejan 1.03 creates must have the first 16 bytes removed right? Rolis 5.14 wont open them, or the ones at <a href="http://www.gsmgroup.net/archive/Nk_files" target="_blank">http://www.gsmgroup.net/archive/Nk_files</a>

but it does open those found at <a href="http://brad.satelit.cz/KeNiCHi/" target="_blank">http://brad.satelit.cz/KeNiCHi/</a> do open in Rolis. PPM cutter doesnt open those either, i cant seem to find any it works on.

If I was to build up a library of them, which versions should I go for?

gsmgroup has got files for box,so you have to cut first 16 bytes from PPM. But bRAd's files ( <a href="http://brad.satelit.cz" target="_blank">http://brad.satelit.cz</a> )are in normal format for simple flasher so you needn't to cut it

The files under 'kenichi' are the ppm and mcu versions, they work in rolis. But the ones at gsmgroup dont, whats the difference?

kenichi's files are for WinTesla and have got header,too. So rolis is not able to read them

Rolis 5.14 CAN read kenichi's files, but NOT the gsmgroup files, I was just wondering why. Ah well, nevermind.
