Has anyone bought the new book from GuruGuide

I would be interested to hear any comments from anyone who has bought the new book for Guru Guide at <a href="http://www.theguruguide.co.uk" target="_blank">www.theguruguide.co.uk</a> It looks professional, has anyone bought it yet??

SORRY ... I'll try again.

YES I've bought a copy of THE GURU GUIDE and I am seriously impressed ... It was exactly what I hoped and wanted. Well worth the money.

Although the website <a href="http://www.theguruguide.co.uk" target="_blank">www.theguruguide.co.uk</a> is somewhat sparse, it's easy to get what you want and the Members Area is well worth a visit. I shall return.

Incidentally, I now find that there's a FREE Sampler available for download. It's worth geting just for the Glossary.

My only reservation is that the authors haven't covered the full spectrum of Unlocking Solutions that are available but they've certainly provided everything that I expected and needed.

Great stuff.

Thanks.

anyone managed to bypass their password and single-machine-operation protection? =p

is it possible for someone who has purchsed it and willing to share it with everyone? if so, screen capture every page of the ebook and i will convert it to HTML and share it with everyone! <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

Wow, I just bought it, and I have revived a couple of the phones that I thought were dead forever. The book doesnt seem to have any great secrets to share, it just explains the whole process in a way that is easy to understand, with attention to detail. <br />It seems that the book is updated every week! and that updates are free for 90 days, I asked what happens then- but no answer yet on that one.<br />It was worth buying for me as I have now fixed 2 dead phones, but for those of you who know it all about unlocking and never mess up I guess it would be a waste of money.

Download the free sample from our website, and judge the book for yourself!

Could any moderator compare the IP addresses of gsmtrix and GuruGuide, please?<br />Thank you.

Same thought had occured to me.

GSMTRIX, how come "you" bought a copy when "Brian"<br />leads us too believe in a reply he emailed you a copy for free?

This was after you requested a free copy? If you were prepared too buy a copy anyway, why this thread?

Anyway, as you mentioned, its all on the forum, and explained by honest joes in clear terms.

Bryan very kindly sent me the eBook, but, as PKS points out it is protected by some kind of registration code, which means that it will only run on the computer that it is first installed on. It asks for a registration code, then never asks again, but it wont run on another computer.

The only option is to Buy, or to do without it, and I figured its work £20.. But that is only my opinion. The book is good, but like I said, it is probably not worth £20 if you dont have a problem unlocking, and dont ever kill phones. I have killed phones in the past, and no doubt I still will, but now im confident about what to backup and how to repair, and I guess if it allows me to repair 2 phones its value for money (in my opinion)

Could someone make a code generator, like the jethro one, if they had a couple of User codes and Registration codes? As it is obviously some sort of mathamatical process.

I could post some screenshots if anyone is interested, but most 'pages' go on to 3 or 4 screens.

bryanclough 10-25-2001 06:18

Would it be of help if I posted my registration code, etc?

pks 10-25-2001 09:06

post your regcode and the ebook so people can downlaod it and try crack it <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

bryanclough 10-25-2001 17:05

Will do ... I would like to have a go a cracking it myself, if I knew how.

Can anyone help me? <img src="smile.gif" border="0"> <img src="wink.gif" border="0">
