need help on program 5110 V5.22 - GSM-Forum

Hi , i need to know if there's a way to program the 5110 like the 5120.
i know that in the 5120 there is a code :
*3001#12345# but it doesn't work on 5110

i have a ORANGE sim card .

Does anyone knows how to help me ?

Hi there,

I am new to unlocking so I'm not sure what that code does exactly.

If you want to remove the simlock you could try doing it by cable (FBUS/MBUS).

You might also want to check whether your phone is a 5110 or 5146 (I know 121 use 5146's on their PCN network, orange may be the same?), but that doesn't matter if unlocking via cable.

Hi
The Code *3001#12345# ( 12345 = Securitycode, at 5190/6190 Modulcode NRM-1 )
Works only at the Nordamerika Nokia Phones and access to NAM Programming for AMPS, CDMA and TDMA Networks.
This Phones are 5120, 5160, 5170, 6120, 616x, 6170, 618x, etc ... and the GSM 1900 Phones 5150/6190 with atached Analogmodul NRM-1 and dualmode Simcard.
Vor 5110 You need M-Bus cable and Unlocksoftware.
Usully no problems with Ver 5.22.
