Post 8210 - change display

I have a 8210 that needs a new display.

I have only a display, not inluding the keypad - how do I take the old display out of the keypad?

I've taken it apart, but I can't find out to get the display out...

remove the six screws on the phone then separate the pcb to the metal holder of the lcd with the keypad membrane , these two halves are jointed by the 2 clips on each side of the phone.... now on the lcd plate... u can see 5 plastic rivets... 4 above the lcd and 1 near the speaker... remove them by sidecutter or blades... next there are 4 clips 2 on each side of the lcd.... these can be easily removed with ur nails.... after removing them... u can now liftthe metal part from the plasic part.. remove the lcd and replace it.... after that secure the clips again on both side... slightly lift the contacts of the speakers to asure it will touch the pcb.... check if the backup battery is in place..... goodluck...

Thanks mate!

My problem now is, that suddenly the new display is missing a line (right in the middle - horizontal). How come? How can I fix it?

If I tighten the bottom right screw the phone can't turn on - why? I've looked for any short circuits - can't find any. If I don't tighten it, the phone works fine. If I tighten it when the phone is one, it either freezes or just turns off.
