Just killed my phone
 
I got a Nokia 3310 v4.45 I flashed it with a partial flash (00280000) now it doesnt respond anymore can somebody please help

Try using a different partial flash, the one you used may be corrupt. Open it in notepad and make sure it's not all oyoyoyoy.
