Hi friends i need 8210 MCU+PPM v.5.31ppmC all in one because i have separate MCU and PPM but probably i don't know start and End address.

well its really easy , u dont need the end adress only the start address
MCU START ADDRESS- 00200000
PPM START ADDRESS- 00340000

Try to join/cut mcu & ppm with rolis flasher.... it's easy.

Use convertor by Lead for Wintesla files...

And command: copy /b mcu-file.fls+ppm-file.fls <Name U File>.fls
