I HAVE 3310 4 CLOSED EEE..FFF.. AND IMEI IS CHANGED ANY BODY CAN HELP ME PLEASE

I'm sorry to tell you this but you need to bring it the NOKIA SERVICE CENTER.

As far as I know, there's no FREE software nor affordable solutions available to calculate the right COBBA-ID and fix damaged eeprom.

Nokree 1.2 by Viper BJK sheds some possibilities and maybe someday...someone as talented as Viper with a BIG HEART will improve its features and make it capable fixing it.
