Security code calculator for nokia DCT-1? - GSM-Forum

Since my topic about nokiaimei.exe got no reply, I figured to try it this way

.

Does anyone has a security code calculator that works with DCT-1 phones? Particullary with a 1611 that I try to unlock?

Thank you for posting this. Unfortunatelly, sid.exe doesn't work for the phone I try to unlock (a very old DCT-1 Nokia 1611) . The generated security mastercode is rejected.

hmmm...
wait few hours when it ask abt code (dont switch off), and then input it

if sid can't help you, try mbus solution

maybe you need to reflash it, but dont remember how we did it

and i have firmware...

1611 is 850Mhz?

and shipped with solar battery?

No, this is a regular version, with "normal" battery.

Would have made a nice collector item tho

Can you post the fw? I'll try to figure out how to reflash if anything else fails.

Unfortunatelly I wasn't able to flash it, so it's still asking for the code.

If anyone knows of another solution or about a calculator that would generate the proper code, any help will be greatly appreciated
