Member: 2764914 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Old Nokia 3310 contact service I would like to repair it just for fun. I do have the required cables and DCT3 flasher by rolis 4.71 and Nokia tool 1.9 on an old Win98 pc. I used them around 15 years ago and forgot about most of the functions by now. I can successfully read the phone info and all looks good to me, imei, cobba id, all seems fine. So how should I proceed from here? |

Member: 91003 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 32 | First I would try to perform a hard reset and restart the phone. If no success, then I would recommend to reflash a firmware with Flasher initerface and Rolis software - to eliminate any firmware integrity failure. If still no success, the hardware could have any malfunction. You can run a POST (self test) with Nokia Service software (e.g. Phoenix) and evaluate the diagnostics to find defective component.
