1. First CONTACT SERVICE,
2. After repair the phone register to network, rings, everything OK, butttt

... the keyboard is dead

What can I do (something to clean, maybe)???

what do you make to mobile? you have to try flashed?...
contact service is caused for a software problem or a hardware problem?
try to open you mobile and clean with alcool the the contact o the keyboard in the mainboard.
