full flashing 8210 works ok... but still dead phone - GSM-Forum

I have one dead 8210 ( old one... still dsp rom5 ). I tried to full flash it with knok.... flashing work ok ( only there's cannot handle/analyze command or something while flashing, but flashing completed ) but the phone is still dead. I tried with rolis, full flashing completed but phone still dead. I check the hardwares but they all seems ok to me..... anyone can give me advice about my problem ?

Flash 8210 mcu and ppm phone will show contact service flash virgin eeprom and calc faid.

as I described before.... I flashed the phone with full flash .fls files from a working phone ... eeprom, mcu and ppm included at the full flash.... but the phone still dead and I think it was unusual because if the mcu or ppm is corrupted the phone must be can power on in a blank display ( but led is on ) or contact service. But the phone is still dead. Any suggest ?

I think your problem in HW try with battery service if the phone power on you must change the power switch or crystal IC.

Replece the CCONT and the COBBA. After thet calculate the cheksum because the cobba id

I think you must change the new Flash IC / crystal IC this work for me. Or try test with power service/battery service same like adaptor or stavol you can buy from electronic store.

after flashing check phone's current using regulated pow supply
current .02 change flash ic
current .01 change mad
current .03 to .05 change ccont
