pls someone help

i have 5110-6210-8210-8250 with more power consumption

or lo rx- tx level. i need wintesla or similer software for this

i have download wintesla from some address from this forum

and other. but it ask for dk2win16.DLL after then DYSKEY

or someone say it is corrupted file. download it again.

any other s/w for it and another company's mobile phones?

pls help i need this very urgent
