Member: 7648 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | ![]() yes, no problem. When i restore my 5.26 backup the phone works again. I want to upgrade it but every time I upload the 5.28 mcu it says "contact service" and no "no network" so i think im going to stop testing and dont try to do the logger |

Member: 7648 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | ![]() no. Only mcu. Should i try with mcu+ppm? In this case i have mcu in a file and ppm in other. How should i do to join both files? I downloaded this files from www.gsmgroup.net/archive/Nk_files |

Member: 2553 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 3 | ![]() @penoso
you have to flash the PPm as well, i had this problem yesterday with a 6150, after flashing the mcu i had CS and when i flashed the ppm then the CS was gone but no network.
for 8210 you flash the mcu first and then start at the address 00340000 and flash PPM
Address for flashing 8210
MCU: 00200000-0033FFF0
PPM: 00340000-003CFFF0
Regards
Meam |

Member: 7648 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | ![]() Tested now flashing mcu at 200k and later ppm at 340k same error "contact service" I notice that the ppm wrote from 340000 till 3D0010 and no till 3D0000 as should be. Perhaps this is the reason. Anyway my heart cant support more "contact service" msg for a long time. Thx for ur help I will continue with v5.26 software |

Member: 1841 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 469 | ![]() To be able to use the files from gsmgroup you have to remove the first 16-byte header from each PPM file. The files from http://brad.satelit.cz are suitable for flashing by Dejan 1.00b. The "NO NETWORK" problem is solved by the logger software. |
