6210 profile activate rename absent. - GSM-Forum

hi.

i have a problem with my nokia 6210.

the lcd shows "headset" ;but when i want to change it from

profile for example with "general" ; just personolise appears;

activate or rename are absent.

i full flash it with different firmwares;but still the same problem.

please help.

Check the connector for headset, maybe it unsolder!
