Extract those which only works in Win98/WinMe to a desired folder, then right click on the application.. goto Properties -> Compatibility -> Tick Run this program in compatibility mode for: ... -> Select from the list "Win98/WinMe"

You can do that for Rolis and as well as other flasher programs
