Is it true: Jethro unlocker 3.11 for Dejan flasher ****s up phones!!?? - GSM-Forum

Hi,

Me and a friend of mine both have the cracked, virus free version of Jethro Unlocker 3.11.. I have already sucessfully unlocked some phones (5110, 3210, 3310, 7110) with it but lately a friend of mine had bad luck... He tried to unlock a 3210 version 5.36 but afterwards the phone wasn't unlocked.... Worse enough he even could't unlock it by using Dejan flasher... The program had shut off the eprom and flashing and unlocking wasn't possible anymore. The only way was to open it and use the old eprom pin 5 method...
He was saved but when an other friend of mine tried an 8210 with Jetro EL, the Eprom was locked too...No further writing or unlocking was possible....The phone is worhless now, what a shame :-(

Does any of you have also bad experiences with Jethro unlocker for Dejan cables?
Tell me...

Well, I've read it can go wrong in some cases... now I was just wondering:
The problems are there for version 3.11 EL for Dejan...

But...If I'd buy the Jethro cables and I use Jethro soft 3.31...is it absolutely safe?
Are my problems history then?

Yes that's true but Jetro cables are expensive. look at www.simlockvrij.nl at "Te Koop" for more information.

If you've got money enough and you need to unlock a lot of phones I would buy a orginal Nokey box at www.gsmhacking.com

And the Dejan Flasher cables is also safe and a lot cheaper. So why should you buy Jetro or Nokey

Hi,

I recommend the Nu2000 Nokia Box. excellent and free updates available, 100% working, not let me down yet. Although the cal=bles supplied are off poor quality, although you can purchase dejan cables and use as replacements which are cheap enough to buy. Been using for three months..XXXXX rating

I pay only 200 guilders (=$80) for the Jethro cables but maybe this is not neccesary... On an other forum I hear people say there's an upgrade of the Jethro 3.11 EL version for Dejan cables... It is cracked by Xak and the strange bugs have been fixed (as far as I know).
Does someone please have this program?
I need it very, very bad
