want to know how to make unlocked partial flash files
 

i am tired of profiting out of the great work of many. i want to contribute more. i have access to a great deal of nokia phones. it would help me and all of you if i knew how to make a partial flash (unlocked). please post as this is important. i will learn and post on my site.
