Member: 8396 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2 | Business Card in NOKIA is an Exploit!! Greetings to all members. I would like to bring up the issue of business card format in nokia. As you might have noticed, when receiving a business card, there is no option in the handset menu to view who sent the businesscard. One option to have a view of the sender is attaching the phone to an SMS manager program like Cellular Express or Nokia Data Suite for 51xx/61xx. But then you dont attach your phone to the PC all the time. I have several friends who are bugged by unknown users sending obscene and threatening messages through business card. An option very open to exploitation, this is the weakness of Nokia's software. I am bringing this up in the hope of somebody doing something about this, preferably nokia itself. I'm sure nokia has a spy in this forum and I'd like to bring to the company's attention to improve on this feature. I would appreciate if we can have a "Detail" option in the business card, much like the "Detail" option in the SMS. |

Member: 8396 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2 | yup, 9xxx does show the sender. I think it's quite stupid that nokia didn't put the "details" option. this goes for logos, ringtones, and picture messages too, though the pic msg can show sender only after its saved. So nokia engineers, try fixing this! |
