mera naam sk samim ali mein kolkata se hoon,broter mein ufs3hwk 2.10 use kar raha hoon meine install aur hwkupdate bhi kiya update success ful dikhaya.lekin jab desktop ki dctxbb5 me clik karke conect kar raha hoon to one error msg (unexcepted exception:BOX_AUTH_ERROR:20)dikha rha hai brother please help me details.my email

hai
my HWK ufs micro was only working for BB5 modle sets
it was not working for DCT1 DCT3 DCT4 and other model sets.
i have re instled the setup sute 3 times. and i have cheked the cables. the cables are good.
still it is not working

please help me.......
