Not posSiBle 6230i and 6230 don't the same in hardware :d ,but using search buttom next !!!!

Yes it is possible . I did it but I don't know if it worth it .
I cahnged RAM . one flash chip , camera and display .

Success !

yes, it is possible.Change RAM,nand flash,lcd,kamera-(problem in voltaj regulators for CCD matrix ,kamera 6230i worket different voltaj)and fullflash.
