Unkown Flash Manufacturer


I have received 3650
1st boot ok
but there is an error Unknown Flash Manufacturer
when i click OK
then it indicates 2nd boot error

pls help

I replace The app IC (upper IC).The error still d same
I reheat The Lower IC (i didnt touch The one in the middle)
and the error goes like this

1st boot ok, WD2, UPP: 0082
F10: 0x00000000- 0xFFFFFFFF ,00000001,
F11: 0x02000000- 0x027FFFFF ,0001257E,AMD 29BDS643GT
F12: 0x04000000- 0x047FFFFF ,0001257E,AMD 29BDS643GT
Algorithm, unknown ,w2_cbusb.fia
