3120b there is network but network busy always
 

there is this nokia there is network and u can check ur balance but u cannot make a call it will always tell u network busy please somebody help me i have flashe the fone but no luck

it's can be only PA - power amplifier.
you need to replace it

pls try to change (flash) with new 3100 PM
