3650 strange problem....daes anubody know thats can be?

I got 3650, then i turn it on show nokia, and turn off.. after 3 s. I try repair and full erase with ufs and shom me this....
1st Boot Ok, WD2, UPP: 0082

you have dry soldered or bad flash !! check it

I have this error also with my 3650 .... :(

Phone was working GREAT, just wanted to upgrade it to v4,17 and .... :(

Need URGENT help please !

Reheat and flow uem and upp zone, then do flash again, if still the same trouble, reheat and flow flash area-and reflash phone.
