6111 dead white screen - GSM-Forum

i unlocked 6111 with ufs 3 inserted other sim and phone worked customer happy , customer goes home and comes back and says phone not working, do you think ufs can do this to phone , i unlock lots of 6111 and no problem, should i read info and use codes instead or what, how can i fix??
