6203b No Networking Only Paktel in Lahore. - GSM-Forum

I have got 6230b phone in Lahore in checked that Paktel Network is working. I checked one networked in it. when i checked other network it did't picked other networks. and when i came to peshaware i found that no sim is working in it.

Plz Tell me what to do. How can i make use of this phone.
