you have to change four components

look into 6230 level 3/4 service manual at portal.sedf.net

firmware is the same, in addition you have to make band reselection with phoenix service software (pkd-1 dongle or PBB required)

a fast question before i start digging, are they true SMT components that need replaced or simple jumpers like the 6800 conversion?

which tool/box/sw do you use to repair BT??

I have 6230b coinverted to use in europe. The signal is now quite ok, the 900m filter was removed from the board, but BT function doesn't allow to be turned on in phone menu. Othervise works quite ok

Could someone help with the 6800 Conversion? it´s a 6800a and it´s IMEI begins with "0". I need it to work in 900Mhz.
