6230i not allowed by activation key

help. when i'm trying to set mp3 as ring i get error " not allowed by activation key"

any solution?

i thnk 6230i wnt be able 2 mke .mp3 files as ring or msg tones.. try
converting it .mp3 tones 2 .wav file..
