8310-- i need exparts help????
 

Hi all,
i have a 8310 set which is in Contac Service.Then i try to repair it by flashing but after flash it stay in same position.I have used griffin,prodigy etc.But here i give a strange syntom which has been occured by Prodigy.That is - when i plug the set by the prodigy cable & try to power on then phone's display shows local mode.when i use "Factory Default Setting" then the phone automatically turns on from local mode condition & shows insert card clearly, But after that if i unplug the cable from the set & put up the battery & try to power on then it shows Contac service".So pls help me to repair the problem.

The guy does NOT want his mobile unlocked, he's asking about "Contact Service" which is quite a different thing !!

In my exsperinece this is a fault caused by UEM, try to reflow or even better reball/replace it !

i think we must check the battery connector and vbb line first befor go to the uem sir cuz the phone working o.k by 4.8 to 5 v o.k but its give contact service when you use 3.6 battery volt i faced a starnge case that i changed the battery with full new one the phone work o.k but its return to contact service
