griffin users pls i need your help


im having problem with my griffin box!!!! im not so sure if its a hardware fault of sw problem.. i find it hard to turn the ligths on everytime i click the griffin program!!!! and if ever the lights (green and orange) turns on... i still can't flash any dct4 units!!!!

im already using griffin 1.97u updated my fia files....

im using win98se os P3 733mhz.... im supplying 9volts to my griffin also tried all parallel port settings ecp, epp, spp, ecc+epp, but still the same!!!!

guys i really need your opinion here!!!!!

since the time i bought my griffin i havent received any supports and upgrades from my dealer!!!! im getting my support from other griffin dealers!!!!

pls help me!!!!!

don't forget to use proper power supply
griffin boxes working perfectly with
AC adaptors which has about 8.5v - 10v on 1.0A load and low ac pulsations
less parameters will cause unstable work , flashing errors
more - will fry your box

tnx for the reply crew!!!

im using a regulated switch type supply for my box... my problem is sometime i have to remove the parallel cable first then double click the program and then hook the cable back again so that i will detect the box!!! coz if i wont do that it cant detect my box... pls somebody guide me on my problem!!!!

Hi, you update box with 3650_28bids.gpd ? you must update again with _3650.gpd only , so you can flash your phone again.
