I have recently purchased a BGA Tool Kit and succeeded in reballing the ICs (CCont, Cobba, Chaps, Flash and Rom) off 3310. But when reballing the Flash IC of 7250i, some balls not formed. I tried many times and the result is the same. Any body have any idea to do it perfectly? Any tutorial with picture? or video? Please help!
