Yeah It can fixed up but the solution is very expensive and very change rather then the Dct-3 phones

hi my frined
The IMEI thing on DCT4 phones is a "little bit" different than on old DCT3 phones,
The IMEI on DCT4 phones is stored in Flash, UEM and UPP.
Since UEM chip is real OTP(One Time Programable), it isnt possible to reprogramm the data stored in this chip...
if you want to change the IMEI, you must replace the "old" UEM chip with
a new one and then write new IMEI to the phone by gsm unlock software(box). its work with me
