I need help , i have COM port connection and i can't connect to the phone
 

(i have nokia 3200 )
i have check the cable and it's plug well to the computer.
(it's connect to com1) i get the message "connection failed"
can someone please me?

Check COM settings in windows control panel

...or check a cable type selection FBUS/Mbus...

check in my computer properties , device manager , port settings should be able to work some thing out there worked for me ....
