nokia 1650 flashing problem - GSM-Forum

nokia 1650 phone was locked (security lock) i tried with reset user lock with ufs+hwk but it said reset user lock failed than i tried to flash the phone but it stops in contents extracting package failed process failed reebooting mobile, and its not going in local mode, + i tried full erase pressing erase option but no response my cable is ok i checked with other phone.... pls somebody help me to solve this plzzzzzzzzz

Erase flash the set.
Flash the set with higher version.

i flashed only ppm with ufs n set is working fine
