Well in theory, it is possible. The 7250i has the same camera as the 6220, which does have video.
So you'd have to change the software on the 7250i to have the 6220 function.

i flashed nokia 6220 with nokia 7250 by mistake , i also flashed it back to 6220 . however the Video-camera function is still missing.
can any1 tell me how to fix this , would be very appreciate.
i try to find a PM file for 6220 , this may fix the proplem but can't find.
please tell if any1 have this.

It is possible in theory, and possible in practice.
You have to replace some tiny hardware stuff in your phone (electricity supply IC) and flash your phone's firmware with 6220 firmware.
Pazeth said that "not enough memory space for video" it is wrong. You can record video for 20 seconds long.
