Post Problems reading 8310 sec. code using Neelix


Im trying to do this using a data cable but when the phone restarts itself it turns off but never turns back on. Any ideas

use neelix 1.8b <br />and when u connect it should say test mode briefly,then if it does not re boot itself ,press on/off button.<br />and check if configuration settings are correct.<br />it may be on "slow computer"<br />good luck

Thanks, i cant use 1.8b cos it wont recognise my authority id calculator, i have the new box with it all built in.<br />I did try powering the phone up when it turned off but wouldnt let me until i disconnected the cable or closed the software?

have u managed to reset phone security?if not try changing configuration.<br />i had same problem but after switching phone off and on and chang config worked ok .<br />also after dct4 fact reset ,leave on for 10 mins before you enter 12345 .

1.8b works ok<br />look in the leftcorner of your software when you start<br />i am shure it has 1.8A<br />please download 1.8b from the usergroup<br />this is ok

for the 8310 we tested this and there are no problems whatso ever

Definitely 1.8b, the green light for the authority id just does not show but does with 1.8, strange.
