sim/keypad ic replaced in 1110/1600/2310 C.S
 

a lot of time when i replace sim ic /keypad ic handset shows Contact Service. Whats the reason ? Is it overheat factor. or software. do any 1 have solution. pls post:mad:

it is over heating problem , remamber before u remove sim or keypad ic put some overhiting material like silcon pfo or coin over uem and cpu

please help picture solution brother
