The true is somewhere around..
Can you please tell me the SB nr to check properly ?
it is extremly hard to check more than 5.300 files > 2.5 Gb

some words from "ASB_NHM-7_016 & _022":

NOTE:
When creating the SIM Lock request file and during SIM Lock rewrite JBV-1 must be supplied with +12V from external power supply.
During IMEI rewriting JBV-1 must be supplied with +12V from external power supply.

IMEI rebuild procedure
Save the reply file sent by your regional AMS to your computer.
For this procedure, you must supply +12 V to JBV-1 Docking Station from an external power supply.
Choose File – Scan Product – to connect phone with Phoenix
Go to Tools – IMEI/ESN/SIM Lock rebuild – menu. Make sure the phone is switched on.
If not, turn it on by pressing power button! Check “IMEI” tick box and choose “Read phone.
Then choose “Load File”
To proceed with IMEI rebuild:
Make sure you have +12V supplied to JBV-1 from external power supply.
Reset JBV-1 by removing and inserting the PCS-1 power cable (you can hear a “click” sound)
After resetting JBV-1 choose “Write Phone” and wait. If IMEI rewriting was successful, you can hear a “click” sound from JBV-1, following screen will be shown....

best regards
Luciano

but this describes no IMEI change

only this is impossible with OTP protected UEM

if you change flash, same IMEI as before is written, nmp doesn't allow IMEI change

@Dave.W

if your idea come from "crack" PIC chip, maybe it have 50% chance !
and if you talking about UEM give 15V ,hehehe you are killing the UPP and most chips!
and tell me where you give 15V to UEM ?
which point to input the 15V ?
did you really play JBV use for write IMEI ?
i think you NEVER did that !

if you have not thing do with 15V to UEM , then , please do not try to give WRONG information here in this forum , do not think all people like you ,, talk without thinking ! ok ?
