WinDCT4 Flasher 2.0 (Bluetooth Repair)

Hello Guys,

Free WinDCT4 Flasher 2.0 (better interface )
http://www.gsmtweaking.com/zip/windct42.zip

Working on Unlock/Repair CS/Repair Bluetooth

You will need original WinDCT4 Flasher 2.0 Package so that
the flasher will also work for the following features:

1. Does not erase phonebook memory during upgrading phones.
2. Can 'Force Flash' 6510 hardware with 6310 MCU/PPM
3. More stable communication, no more 'TX Remains Low' errors.

Thes features will work only with original WinDCT4 2.0 package
and will not work unless you have original dongle.

Best Regards,
X-Shadow

Hello Alex,

Change compatibility in WinXP. Just right click the file
and put Win98 in compatibility. I am sorry that this is not done
automatically unlike your software.

Best Regards,
