when i put the charger into phone soket , the chrging signal apears , but no voltage

for 1100 use battery type BL-4C

hi all i changed battery+charger and also heat up the board but problem is still there, after all i give back nokia 1100 to my customer with still problem.
when any one find out solution of charging so plz mail me .

i think is UEM problem.. try to rework it... goodluck with the glue..
