flash with higher version and then write good (100%) ok pm file.
SET WILL BE OK;)

1) flash with erase flash file
2) flash with RH18 last version
3) write 1100 pm
4) make UI setting

may be the pm file is not good so try with new pm file. this is not a hardware problem.

try to erase file and then flash it again and good pm

hi can i ask question about 1100

if you are confuse try to full erase, now the mobule is dead, now full flashing with high version, and then try to remove the cable and check it if it is now power on, if ther is power, connect to cable again and write pm, after writing pm try to power on, if no power means your pm file is not good,
