Hi, I have a 1110 mic tested good but not working, even the hp when coming call I don not hear thing. please help.

i have a 1110 problem when i replace a new microphone then it staying some hours after that time mic not work other site ok..this going 5 times i replace mic..now what can i do for this problem...plz have any solution...
