1110_1600_Insert Sim 99% working Solution


Hi..
Just Check this solution...
1) before removing the SIM IC first Remove the Charging/HF Socket..
and check is still asking for SIM..if yes change SIM IC..if not asking "Insert SIM" then make a jumper like below..

Here is the universal SIM Jumper Solution ....for DCT 4

Hy

Before you do anything, first of all check if VSIM is not grounded (shorted to ground or low impedance 10-50 ohm) ... if it is change or remove C203 ... ( i had a lot of problems with those capacitors in "insert sim" situations)

Fake Soultion

On the Above Picture (BSI Line), it is Fake solution. Only Way is change Sim I.C. or make jumpering.

Just dont argument, if u dont know any thng abt this....people in the forum are not fool...ok...they are taking my advice...and i have also repaired 15 pcs..with this trick...i have told u that

1) First Remove this HF/Socket and then check the phone if still asking for insert Sim...if not then change the HF Socket..may be there is some kind of shorting....

If still asking for Insert SIM Card....then change the SIM IC

Ok...

Now open the screws of your mind and try and then Post me ur reply..

Yes, ADAMPURHAWK u are right; In 1110,1600.6030 Insert Sim problem is owing to pcb is liquid damaged at bottom side, I also repair about 50 sets by just cleaning bottom connector
ITS NOT BSI LINE FAULT IN 1110

In 1110,1600,6030 bottom connector, there are pin out for easy flash. This solution work only for these models.
