if you set is water damage . then try to clean first and check base voltage of switching transistor , is there switching or not ?its called KDL pin form UEM
Auto charging clean charging connector PCB ,change charging base too. there will be some short due to rust by water damage .

if open resister (r2409)near switching transistor(v2401) also light wont off 1,transistor 2,resistor,3,volt @ transistor collector pin if not check control signal from UEM & its track all ok its no hope coz it must with UEM problem how to change molding uem i also dont know pls who know that way pls post here
