which version of your set
follow this
1.full erase
2.full flash with mcu ppm and cnt
3.write good pm
4.unlock

if your problem not solved flash this phone with lower version

it is software problem i am also strugling with the same problem i have repaired a set by flashing it with 1600 firmware & put 1600's LCD in it
