Full flash the phone with latest firmware.
And finnaly just unlock u r phone via JAF.
If still problem same try to change the LCD.

Full Erase Than Flash Write Good P.m. And Unlock With H.w.k Its Solve 100%

1st:Full erase
2nd:flash with 5.23
3rd:wr good pm
4th:unlock with jaf then full ul setting

try flash with ubox write good pm and unlock..have tried it..

2. good PM
3. unlock

if contact service still persist

then its ur 100% LCD problem

if u have HWK u can check ur LCD with the option '' SELF TEST '
