1208 failed aborting,i try all versions with mxkey and jaf but still same also try to full erase and flash it again but no result

full flash then write pm file and do unlock i think your problem will be sove

Use easy cable and latest firmware. I repair many time this fault in this way.

Use plastic tap or paper to cover these two points (red mark) then flash with jaf
